Online complaints about the delivery of a consignment
Did you know that...?
This application enables the sender to submit a complain about:
- Domestic consignments in case of:
- non-delivery of the consignment to the addressee
- non-delivery of the confirmed Return Receipt to the sender
- non-delivery of the COD amount to the sender
- International consignments in case of:
- non-delivery or late delivery of the consignment to the addressee
- non-delivery of the confirmed Return Receipt to the sender
- incorrectly completed Return Receipt
- non-delivery of the COD amount to the sender
Complaints made for another reason or by the addressee are to be submitted in person at any post office.
Most of the obligatory data in the form will be prefilled if the consignment has been posted with a Customer Card and you have logged into the online application before submitting the online form.
A certificate of successful submission of your claim will be sent to your email address.
Once the claim procedure is completed, a notice of the result of the complaint procedure made in writing will be sent to the sender’s address; alternatively, the notice will be sent by email to the email address specified in the claim form.
After the submission of the online claim form with an attached scan of the posting certificate, a claim procedure will be started by Czech Post. The original posting certificate will have to be shown at the relevant post office to receive any compensation or COD amount.
